…the signs of happiness on her face
...the glint of gaiety in her eyes

Life survives with music…
…the cries of pain
…the gurgling of water
…the mournful call for help
…the passionate beats of a drum
…the encouraging rhythm of a guitar

Life ends with music…
…the deathly silence
…the tears of disbelief
…the rustling of lifeless leaves
