The Brighter Side
Waking up with a startled dream
I felt dizzy right away on my bed
Transcending my imagination it flourished
Giving no little trace
Inundated with sound
Echoing the laughing chuckles
The room gave way
To a sucking black hole that slay
Trying to survive
I stood in surprise
Attempting to save my life
Only to fall on the carpet that surround
Pulled by the gravity that exterminate
Fighting against my false pride
Asking for salvation in my resolve
I prayed for the light of my life
As the receded noise in the enormous hope
Keeping me afloat in the monstrous storm
Where now there was no dope
Of the boisterous self destruction pact
Light reflected from the golden gates ahead
Brightness traversed across that side
But it was gloomy on my side
Prohibiting me from the forbidden doors of gleam
Breaking the shackles of doom
& correcting the pact I made
Walking through the doors I began
My journey on the brighter side…
Leaving my shadow in the dark!!!
