WITHIN ATTRACTION

WITHIN ATTRACTION

“Good Morning, Isabelle!” said Rahul mournfully.
“Bonjour!” replied Isabelle.
It was a cold winter morning. The sky was misty and everything was covered in snow. It was almost more than a year before Rahul and Isabelle had met.
Isabelle was a tall blonde girl with marble blue eyes who stayed in the village of Alwanyo. Rahul lived in the hills outside the village with his uncle Tim and brother Ryan. He would hunt in the woods for leather and meat, while his brother took care of the farms.
Rahul had been brooding over the idea of meeting Isabelle for more than a year. Looking at her, he fumbled with his words, “You look…very…very pretty”
At the butcher’s shop, where they met she looked amazed to listen to those words. Taking the cold air in her face, she took him to the nearby lane. She talked about herself but he just couldn’t hear. Lost in her beautiful face he stumbled as she prodded him for a response. By then it became clear to Isabelle that this was her beau and she hugged him to reaffirm his faith.
Rahul felt her like a pearl in the sea bed. As he moved his eyes over her he found himself enveloped in the glow of his love… …
…Some droplets of water trickled down his face. Abruptly he came back to Earth to find Ryan’s agitated face. He sat up gingerly and whispered in a nervous voice, “Hey, I’m in love”.
